Return and Refund

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact our team immediately by email at info@aquameta.ca if there are any issues with it (ie. defective, damaged, or incorrect items).  Our team will be happy to make things right. 

All returns require pre-approval, please email us at info@aquameta.ca to initiate a return.  Returns that are sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

We will accept return requests up to 30 days after delivery

All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by its original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and our shop does not offer free return shipping.

If you were offered “Free Shipping”, the outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.  If approved, the refund amount will be refunded to the original payment method.   

Your bank and credit card company will require time for processing, please check with them for any updates.

Exchanges

The easiest method for an exchange is to return your item(s) and place an order for the new item(s).  Please email us at info@aquameta.ca to initiate a return (See the “Returns” section above for full details).

Shipping costs are non-refundable and our shop does not offer free return shipping.

Restocking fee of 15% will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for exchanges.

Cancellations

As all of our products are produced “on demand”, we typically do not allow cancellations. Production time ranges from 2-4 business days.

If you have purchased an incorrect item for an order, please email us immediately at info@aquameta.ca to notify our team.  Cancellation and order changes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

Once the products have been produced, cancellations are no longer possible and the order/item(s) will be considered a “Return” (subject to 15% restocking fee).

Exceptions

Any custom products or special request items are final sale.  These items cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, and/or exchanged.  Please contact us at info@aquameta.ca if there are any challenges with these items after delivery (ie. defective and/or damaged). 

Promotions and Sales

Orders placed outside of any promotional window will not receive any difference in credits or refunds.

Any discount codes must be applied at checkout, our team is unable to apply a discount code once the order has been placed.

Discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders.

We do not “price match” or “price beat” items sold on other sales platforms (ie. Etsy, Amazon, or other retail partners).
